Our congregate apartments include a lovely dining room, a spacious sunroom enclosed in glass with a view of the grounds, an outdoor deck overlooking our terraced gardens, and laundry facilities.
We currently have 18 independent living apartments, which include 12 one-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom units, and one studio unit. These are rented on a monthly basis starting at $1015/month for the one-bedroom units and $1130/month for the two-bedroom units.
Your monthly rental includes:
· Electricity, gas, water, and sewer
· One meal per week/per tenant in our Apartment Dining Room
· Housekeeping for common areas and care of the grounds
· A Laundry Room on each floor
· Emergency services (Lifeline)
· Assistance in arranging for personal care services, if the need arises
· Outside parking
· Transportation for appointments and shopping (Must be arranged in advance)
For an additional charge we also offer:
· Telephone & Cable TV
· Meals are available in our Apartment Dining Room for $4.00 each
· Housekeeping services (please see Administrator)
· Garage units ($85/month)
When not in use as a residence, the studio apartment is available as a guest room for out-of-town visitors.
